- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All aspects of pricing will be discussed during the initial consultation. When projects are on a budget, it is important to let the estimator know when he arrives so he can give the appropriate suggestions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step to do is a project consultation at the customer's house. We will gather all relevant information, listen to your needs and wants to be able to give you an estimate for your project and discuss availability and scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Contractor, Project Management training, Trade School trailing, Business Ed and Administration training as well as many decades of combined experience in construction.
