Luis and his crew did a great job at removing a wall in our home between our dining room and family room, they did an excellent job at adding the trim/moldings to match the rest of the house. Each crew member was very kind, professional and had great work ethic. Luis was always responsive to us throughout the whole project and was able to meet his timeline of completion! I would definitely use him and his team again for other projects and recommend him!

We had a great experience working with Luis and his team. From our first interaction and through the entire process, we got a warm and trustworthy good vibe. The team worked on a few homeremodeling projects, fitting an oven in an existing kitchen island, adding a new washer/dryer in a new laundry room, as well as adding light fixtures, and all the electrical work. Luis and his team were always cordial, accommodating, and professional as they worked around our schedule. They met each challenge and request with can-do positivity, problem-solving, and excellent execution. The process took a bit longer than expected, but we did add a few items than we originally planned. I would recommend My Home Improvement LLC and use them again.

My Home Improvement did such a wonderful job adding tongue and groove to my ceiling. They were very professional and were able to work with some challenging circumstance and were open to and followed through with some minor changes I suggested along the way. Luis and his whole team were amazing. Luis came out to see the space the day I contacted him and gave us a detailed quote before the week was out. We did not have unforeseen costs and the quote was accurate.
Luis worked on turning an unused corner of the house next to the kitchen to a bar. Before the project started, I only had some general ideas of what I wanted from my bar to look like and accomplish, but no clear "vision" in my head as to specifics of design and what it would look like. One of Luis's greatest strengths is that he took this and made great suggestions that creatively and beautifully accomplished my goals for the project (inset shelving, for example, which I hadn't thought of before).
He has a licensed electrician on his team, which was great because we didn't have to worry about subcontractors. His whole team was very respectful and worked efficiently. It was a little difficulty juggling timing of which days they would show up amidst their projects, but some of it was the randomness of my own schedule.
We are so happy with his beautiful work!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because my experience I can offer different options based on budget either highend finish job or something functional good looking with a good price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit the job site for a walkthru and a quick chat about the scope of work and what clients are looking and expecting. That’d help me to put together a estimate. I may take some photos and notes
I request 50% down payment to put the project in schedule and the rest on 2 or 3 equal payments based on the progress of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m mechanical engineer that start construction in 2006 combining it my skills, designing knowledge and customer service experience.
