We had a great experience working with Luis and his team. From our first interaction and through the entire process, we got a warm and trustworthy good vibe. The team worked on a few home remodeling projects, fitting an oven in an existing kitchen island, adding a new washer/dryer in a new laundry room, as well as adding light fixtures, and all the electrical work. Luis and his team were always cordial, accommodating, and professional as they worked around our schedule. They met each challenge and request with can-do positivity, problem-solving, and excellent execution. The process took a bit longer than expected, but we did add a few items than we originally planned. I would recommend My Home Improvement LLC and use them again.

Luis and his crew did a great job at removing a wall in our home between our dining room and family room, they did an excellent job at adding the trim/moldings to match the rest of the house. Each crew member was very kind, professional and had great work ethic. Luis was always responsive to us throughout the whole project and was able to meet his timeline of completion! I would definitely use him and his team again for other projects and recommend him!

My Home Improvement did such a wonderful job adding tongue and groove to my ceiling. Our kitchen renovation with Luis couldn’t have gone more smoothly. We’ve gone through a number of new construction and remodel projects, and Luis is in the top tier of the most professional contractors we’ve worked with. We had to put a lot of trust in him because we couldn’t be on site to manage the work, and he really delivered. Our kitchen was entirely demo’d, and then back up and running in 3 weeks. Remarkable.
We also highly recommend the cabinet/counter company that he works with (Wong’s). They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating, and were exceptionally good value for money.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because my experience I can offer different options based on budget either highend finish job or something functional good looking with a good price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit the job site for a walkthru and a quick chat about the scope of work and what clients are looking and expecting. That’d help me to put together a estimate. I may take some photos and notes
I request 50% down payment to put the project in schedule and the rest on 2 or 3 equal payments based on the progress of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m mechanical engineer that start construction in 2006 combining it my skills, designing knowledge and customer service experience.
