Hired on Thumbtack

was able to access the trunk of my car where the only set of keys had been left, but the technician was not able to make a second key on site due to lack of equipment. All worked out fine. I will say that using a third party to schedule the appointment seemed awkward at first. I hesitated to in the beginning because I was not sure it was legitimate.
