Barak responded to initial inquiry as well as follow up communications quickly. Provided estimate as well as several times he was available including the same evening I contacted him. Showed up on time and quickly re-keyed front door. My tenants were very pleased with his service and professionalism. I was also very happy with Barak and Locksmith Monkey and will be looking to use him again if I need locksmith work on any of my properties.

Had called and did internet visits to a number of door repair/installation companies. Locksmith Monkey was the first to respond, offered to do my install the same day and braved the commute traffic on Highway 26 to arrive on time. Ilan obviously knew what he was doing installing a new Baldwin Premium Entrance Set in what I would consider record time and quality. We now have a door that opens from the outside.
