I called and turned out he lives 1500 miles away, but he still helped me by telling me all about the problem, how to fix it using youtube video, and how much it should cost to have a locksmith do it, which I will do because repair is a bit more than I want to do myself. I'd say he spent between 5 and 10 minutes talking w me! Real nice guy, wants to help you out!
