- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we keep our prices in the middle to assure steady work at a high quality . minimum is $70 per hour for masonry
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
always prefer half the project cost up front to cover materials/ labor and remainder at completed project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
certified chimney tech, asbestos abaitment/ removal, forklift ,rigging instructor, multiple OSHA class annually. Journeyman Brick,Block,Stone & Concrete Mason of 30 years from Alaska to Colorado and now in Portland since2000. 15 years as a commercial masonry Forman with Bonded Masonry out of ft CollinsColorado,7 years a concrete Forman, 4 years as a large precast concrete plant supervisor in Loveland Colorado. I've mastered all scopes of these trades aswell as any tile,stucco,texturing,sheet rock, painting,waterproofing,roofing,flooring and more. growing up all my closest friends where in other trades and always needed a hand and I was the guy to have help from hvac to plumbing and framing. we can do almost all scopes of construction and if not I know the perfect guys to refer
