- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually starting with a visual inspection (hands on evaluation of tangible, visual and audible symptoms to check the status of the vehicle), as well as advanced diagnostic Scans on all systems, troubleshooting, and providing recommendations on repairs based on the results in an order of process of elimination, starting with the most likely and cost effective repair first, to save you time and money, and follow up with any additional repairs required.
