My battery died & I was able to charge myself but needed to have it checked & reprogrammed for my VW Jetta. Also got my Alternator checked & had a diagnostic scan done on my car as it hadn't ran in awhile. Their Mechanic was great, came the same day I messaged them through the app & then called them. Got a quote upfront, price was good & I'm happy my car is up & running & that I could use the same battery. I will use this company again in near future as I want to get some other smaller issues fixed, now that my car is getting old.

I had a great experience working with Chad and his team. From start to finish, they were communicative, professional, and flexible with scheduling. Chad was incredibly patient and understanding, especially when unexpected delays came up on my end. He clearly explained the process, kept me informed throughout, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. My 2003 Buick Century needed help to repair the life back into it for longevity. The diagnostic and labor were handled efficiently, and I really appreciated how respectful and organized they were while working on the picked site, because I reside in SW Portland. Chad also worked with me on a flexible payment arrangement, which I’m so grateful for, it showed how much he values his clients and their situations. I called Chad because my car was mysteriously not working once every 3 months or so which would cost me all sorts of ubering money. It was a mystery and nobody could figure it out. As soon as Chad got to me in the same day I called him he figured it out in the first 5 minutes. It was a major fuse that was needing to be replaced. He explained to me why it worked sometimes but not others and he even went to the store to go buy the fuse and came back and installed it. He did a full diagnostic for me and the car has been working perfectly since then. I really appreciate Chad being down to earth. He was excellent person to person and his wife helped me along the way deal with my anxiety until he got there. I was very, very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to figure things out so quickly. This has been such a headache and Chad was a huge relief to me. I hope you guys check them out and the fact that he comes to you wherever you are is a huge bonus. I didn't have any towing fees and I didn't have to leave my house to go find a mechanic. I highly recommend Chad. He is a complete miracle worker. Speaking to him during the maintenance. He is a very good person as well. I have been looking for a mechanic I can trust for many years and I found him.
