- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Credit/debit card at time of signing preferred, cash, PayPal, CashApp also accepted. Pricing starts at $10 per signature & $50 for travel. Wills, title signings, and more complex notarizations will require an additional fee, to be agreed upon after we discuss your needs. Printing, courier service, mailing are available for a small fee. Discounts are available for special circumstances - feel free to ask if your situation qualifies!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we connect, I will ask for the details of your notarization needs including document type, number of signatures, date/time, and location. If we decide to work together, we will confirm the fee and payment type and schedule the appointment. I may ask for the documents to be sent over (doc, pdf, photo, link, etc) prior to our appointment so I can prepare and ensure we make the most out of our time. I will confirm our appointment before heading your way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Commissioned Notary Public since December, 2020. I'm Error & Omissions insured, meaning we're both protected if any issues arise with your document after working together.
