Meredith was absolutely amazing at getting our documents notarized. Very clear she’s experienced, knowledgeable, and she knows what she’s doing. She was available last minute to meet our tight deadline, which is very appreciated because finding a notary during business hours can be very challenging. She was on time, friendly, and responded quickly to all messages. I cannot recommend her enough! Wonderful experience.

Working with Meredith of Getnotarizedpdx was a great experience! My notarization job was more complicated than some because I was contracting for a third party signer rather than myself directly. Throughout the week it took to coordinate with two separate people to complete the notarization, Meredith was amazingly responsive, courteous, patient, and professional. Getnotarizedpdx’s service with this coordination was not only above and beyond, it was the most affordable of multiple quotes I received. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Credit/debit card at time of signing preferred, cash, PayPal, CashApp also accepted.
Pricing starts at $10 per signature & $50 for travel.
Wills, title signings, and more complex notarizations will require an additional fee, to be agreed upon after we discuss your needs.
Printing, courier service, mailing are available for a small fee.
Discounts are available for special circumstances - feel free to ask if your situation qualifies!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we connect, I will ask for the details of your notarization needs including document type, number of signatures, date/time, and location.
If we decide to work together, we will confirm the fee and payment type and schedule the appointment.
I may ask for the documents to be sent over (doc, pdf, photo, link, etc) prior to our appointment so I can prepare and ensure we make the most out of our time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Commissioned Notary Public since December, 2020. I'm Error & Omissions insured, meaning we're both protected if any issues arise with your document after working together.
