I'm a professional photographer with over 10 years of experience shooting everything from weddings and engagements to commercial fashion editorials.
Like so many others, I live for love and seek joy in all parts of my life, and I think this is reflected in my work. I'm passionate about documenting moments of celebration and human connection, and aim capture the interaction between my subjects and their surroundings with clarity, compassion, and honesty.
When working with my clients, my first priority is to put people at ease. I do everything I can to help them enjoy the experience of getting their photo taken because it's not always easy being in front of the camera. When I'm able build trust and connection with people, everything else seems to fall into place. When working with me, expect a fun, relaxed, and well-organized environment.

Even as a true last minute session, Max was able to capture INCREDIBLE impromptu engagement photos. He was friendly, easy to shoot with, and overall, very relatable and professional. He had suggestions of the area since we were just visiting and turned the project around in VERY quick time. My fiancé and I honestly went in expecting something basic, but what Max delivered far exceeded ANY expectations we could have had. We both highly recommend Max for any photography project you may have. We certainly were not disappointed!

Max was absolutely awesome! We wanted some fun family photos that weren’t stuffy or staged. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My starting rate for any portrait, event, or commercial photography is $250. Larger projects vary in price depending on the scope of the work. Depending on the circumstances I can offer discounts on a case by case basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to get to know my customers some before booking a shoot. I'm mostly curious to know about what inspires them and what they hope to gain from working with me. For weddings and engagements, it's nice to know about how the couple met, what they love about each other, and how they spend their time together. More than anything, I just want to make sure that my clients feel comfortable and safe to be themselves around me. Most of my work involves photographing people, and I believe that I'm able to produce the best images when my subjects are at ease.
