- What types of customers have you worked with?
1) A local business wants to locate new customers and get them to arrive. We purchase a mailing list of residences within a radius of their address. We help them design a card that tells about their business and offers a special discount, then we mail to those addresses several times. 2) A non-profit wants to send a newsletter to all on their mailing list. We help them design the newsletter in such a way that it will move easily through the mail stream at the lowest postage rate. 3) We make sure all in-house mailing lists have addresses typed correctly and that all forwarding addresses are obtained. A customer list is one of the most valuable things a business has. We make sure it is maintained correctly so it can bring in more business and referrals.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a provider that can provide the services you need, when you need them; someone who will talk with you to find out exactly what you need but will also tell you how it can be done better, more accurately, for the lowest postage cost. You should also look for someone who can help you with your marketing plan, who can help you design your mailing pieces so that they spark the interest of the intended recipients.
