My fee structure is based on a sliding scale. It ranges from $75 month to $120 month for the really expensive properties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to perform 30 hours of continuing education every two years in order to keep my license current.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I handle single family residents, Condos, Town Homes, and small apartment complexes up to 20 unit. I handle everything from A-Z. I provide info on how to maximize the rent on your home, document along with taking pictures of your home, advertise, show, maintenance, inspect, handle any complaints, and full service book keeping. Our state of the art book keeping system provides you up to the minute info. You can access your account anywhere in the world. We also have a full service maintenance department. With over 40 years of being in the property management game. Our licensed, bonded and insured contractors have been carefully selected to ensure the best service.
