- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new client it is important for us to learn what is currently working for them and what isn't. This information helps us to learn if we are the right fit for their needs. After an initial conversation, we will typically visit the property and make recommendations and a proposed budget. Once satisfied that our goals are aligned, a management agreement is signed, and the new client set-up process begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The President of the company is a Certified Property Manager through The Institute for Real Estate Management and the Director of Operations is a licensed Broker for the State of Washington.
