I own a small business and I was running my payroll services through another prominent company. There was a mistake that I could not identify and every time I called my payroll services company, I got charged for the call and transferred to someone who was supposed to know how to fix the problem. I was referred to Shawn and asked him to look over my accounting. Not only is he knowledgeable & happy to help but he straightened out my payroll and accounting needs with ease. Spoke with Shawn, he was very knowledgeable and responsive. He also took time to explain things and use examples, which I think made it much easier to understand these ridiculously complicated tax laws. If you need a CPA, I would definitely recommend him!

I run a small business and I use US Tax Services for all my accounting needs. Bookkeeping, payroll and income taxes. The people at US Tax Services have been delivering consistently for me for the past two years. My back office work and year end taxes are my least worry and I can focus on running my business. I highly recommend them.

I took in two years of tax returns on a Monday and had them in my hand that week. In fact Shawn even met me at his office on Saturday to go over everything with me. And we are talking about returns with rental property and a 1031 Exchange! Shawn responded to my Thumbtack request almost immediately and I will be seeing him again come February (if I can get my stuff together that fast). I would highly recommend his firm for taxes or business consulting. I feel much better having a CPA working on my taxes than just a tax preparer.

We do not have a standard pricing system.
Our pricing is always geared to fit your budget, and provide you the value that you are seeking.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. Our firm is equipped with the best that technology can offer. Secure portal for clients to upload their documents securely and conveniently. Tax software that analyzes your tax return and identify areas to watch out for, with multiple error-check features to ensure accuracy. Video conferencing for a face to face chat if you are out of town.
And if technology is not your thing, we are happy to meet you the old fashioned way. Set up an appointment and let's discuss.

Over 20 years of progressive accounting, tax and business consulting experience.
And this is not one year of experience repeated 20 times ;-)
