- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never give quotes online HOWEVER all estimates are free and done within a few minutes, as we know your time is very valuable (you have families, jobs, life). We also give 5% discount for teachers, senior citizens and military affiliates, just let us know when you call to schedule the work!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have our arborist come and evaluate the job, big or small for free and give his expert opinion. Then you could chose to use that information and move forward with the bid, or get another opinion. We always suggest getting a few people's opinions, so you make sure you are comfortable with the decision you make. We know having a contractor work on your home is a very important decision and should be handled with care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always renewing our CCB licenses, other licenses, bonds, staying on top of current arborist education, training and certifications.
