I was visiting in Portland and had a major system disaster on my machine. I'm pretty good at fixing software problems, but wasn't sure at that point whether I had a software or hardware system failure, but it was bad. Steve diagnosed it, saved everything off my system drive (which was not functioning), got the drive going again, and reinstalled all my files, and reinstalled the OS. All was done very efficiently. His rates are amazingly good and his knowledge is incredible.....and a really nice guy as well. You don't like going to the doctor, but the experience is much less painful if the doctor is a good guy. Thanks Steve!

Steve walked me through troubleshooting the problem, Linux is not an easy system to deal with. He diagnosed it correctly, saving lots if time and money, thanks Steve, thumb tack will be go to resource from now on. I was ready to use laptop as dartboard out if frustration.

Steven did a great job removing windows 8 and installing windows 7 on our new dell. From diagnosing our old matching to recommending a new one to helping us out with our old fashioned ways, I can't thank him enough. 5 stars!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential: $50 per/hr, pro-rated. Corporate: $75 per/hr, pro-rated. If you're located outside Downtown Portland, a TRAVEL FEE does apply, but we're always running promotions of some sort. Simply ask! ... That's it. No complications here! No hidden fees!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spend countless HOURS per day reading up on the latest trends, devices, gadgets, gizmos, and politics about the Tech sector. The greatest thing about my job is that it's ALSO my hobby!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been ripping open early PC and Apple systems since I was in the single-digit age. It just seemed natural. I've had formal training, but I never felt it was truly necessary, as my success rate has long been beyond my failure rate.
