- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on scope of service, complexity and hours needed to complete the tasks requested. We work with the client to customize the pricing for them. We offer a monthly flat fee and/or a project rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We spend time getting to the know the clients. Our goal is to learn more about what they need and where they want to go. We do our best to customize our service to meet the clients' work style and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold various degrees (B.S. in Accounting, Masters of Accounting and a Juris Doctorate). We started out a Big 4 accounting firms (PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte). Throughout our careers we have been working with privately held companies and their owners.
