Introduction: I provide high-end website design services and local SEO consultations to any business with a brick and mortar location in the Pacific Northwest. I write frequently about local search in my own blog, Mihmorandum, and formerly wrote a column on local search for Search Engine Land. My annual local search ranking factors project is among the most important studies of local SEO. I have been invited to present on local search marketing by every major search marketing conference, including multiple SMX and SES events, the BIA/Kelsey Group ILM Series, and SEOmozCON. I previously served on the board of directors of SEMpdx, Portland's search marketing trade organization, as director of partnerships from 2008 to 2010, and SearchFest director in 2011. In addition to managing my private consulting business, I am the co-founder of GetListed.
