What types of customers have you worked with?
I most frequently work on general bookkeeping, using QuickBooks as a platform. I also do a variety of tax work, in particular 1099s and W-2s. Lately I have begun providing payroll services.

Talk to them sufficiently before you hire them to determine whether they will consider your problems to be important to them, or whether they are just looking to do the minimum necessary.
