I've worked as a C-Level executive at some of the largest companies in the world. He did a great job cleaning up some below-average work someone else did, and he turned it around pretty quick. He didn't do the full business case for us, but if I needed one done from ground zero, I'd hire him. And if i needed one fixed again, I'd hire him. Very happy with the results. Not cheap, but worth it.

After an hour of discussing my work situation at my former employer (very big company), and the fact that I was stalled at a manager level for 6 years, Brendan looked at me and said, "Sometimes you need to go sideways in order to go forward". It was obvious, but not until he said it. I posted out of my unit, and into another business unit, on a lateral, but then, after a year there, I was able to move up another level finally, He helped me with the transition, getting used to my new manager, and sustaining the confidence when things got crappy early on in the new position. He's a really good career coach, he's funny, he's super smart, and supportive. Now I work for myself, and he helped me with that, too. Worth it all the way.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a billable hourly rate, or, a flat rate per project, or, a combination of both. Whatever is the least expensive blend for the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them to take a good, long look at our website, since it has far more useful information there than this short profile. I like to have an initial phone call (there's no charge to the client for this first call) with the client to make certain our skills and services match up with their business needs. Then, we go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have decades of successful experience in the business services I offer small business owners - marketing, internet marketing, business case development, strategic planning, etc.
