- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are dependent on the type of dog and the condition of their coat. We will be able to quote you a price before you leave your dog however it is hard to give an accurate quote on the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen! Ask questions and explain how it works before they leave the dog with us, no one likes surprises at the end especially when it comes to the hair cut and the price...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend grooming seminars to learn any new tricks of the trade. The shows always have vendors. It is exciting to see what is new and to meet new people.
