Jantsen did a great job. I had an old gas furnace that needed to be replaced. Jantsen not only gave me the lowest bid, but he installed a new unit for me within days of contacting him. He thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and the workmanship was great as well. Would definitely hire again.

Our air conditioner broke down after 28 years of service during the hottest week of the year, (of course). I started surfing the net to find someone local to come out and look at our system. I called several vendors who stated that they could get right out to evaluate the issue within the next 2-3 weeks. Being 92 degrees inside the house that seemed like a long time to wait. We thankfully found Jantsen at Elements HVAC through Thumbtack. We explained our problem and he said he could be out the very next morning. He arrived exactly at the time he said he would, took a look at our system, accurately assessed the problem and provided us with several options. He honestly answered all of my questions and provided information allowing me to make an informed decision based on my needs, not his profit margin. After I made a decision on the equipment he provided me a bid that was not only VERY competitive but he could install the new system the same week! For the second time, he arrived exactly at the appointed time for the installation. Throughout the installation he was prompt, courteous, professional and neat. Bottom line, he responded to our Thumbtack request within 10 minutes, he showed up for every appointment on time, he did what he said he would do for the price quoted, (no whoops, I found something else wrong and you need this $$). We couldn't be happier. Hire this guy!!

He was so inclined to help us. He is super honest. Very friendly. Doesn't mind kids asking him questions or animals. He stays until the job is done. Highly recommend this company. He helped us when it was super cold. Great service and far above the competition! My family and I are grateful and will be customers for heating and AC needs.

Jantsen (of Elements HVAC) was prompt and courteous. Jantsen did an excellent job of troubleshooting and fixing the problem (even making a third trip back to fix an issue without charging me). I would definitely use and refer Jantsen to others. Great service.
