I needed a repair on the pillar for the rot. Imperial Construction was very prompt in responses and onsite estimation. Franco patiently explained the possible causes of the rot instead of going straight for cosmetic repair. He is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. They were excellent at keeping good communication and got the work done on schedule. Overall experience was great! I highly recommend Imperial Construction.

Had them complete a small project and take a look at damaged baseboards. They were very knowledgeable and skilled. They were also quick, efficient, neat, and bid at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend and hire them again!

We needed a second story outside wall painted and Imperial Construction did a great job. They were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my questions with thorough answers. They did a great job and went above and beyond by noticing a window frame on a separate wall that needed painting (I had forgotten to mention it) and touching up a little on another wall. Will definitely be hiring them again in the future.
