Introduction: We are a local 2 man company who strives to give the best possible customer service at the best rate around that won't break the bank while at the same time providing the customer with what they deserve. We have been in the business for a combined time of over 20 years and really enjoy this line of work. We like helping customers stay comfortable no matter what the climate is outside any time of the day at the same price. Being able to work one on one with homeowners, property management companies and business owners on a daily basis and help them achieve the home comfort that they want and deserve at price that is affordable to them. I like leaving our customers satisfied with the service that they have received so they will send their friends, family members and neighbors to us for the same great service.

Bad service price too high call somebody else Service call $85.00 but little part cost $389.00 Don't call thi guy ..

Not sure who you are but would love the chance to speak with you about your service. Our service calls are currently at a $20 off so we are not charging $85. Our prices on parts are fair and come with a 1 year warranty. Sorry about the service that you may have experienced with us. Please feel free to contact us regarding the prices.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service technicians take all classes that come out that way they are up to date on all systems and how they run. In order to keep our service technicians up to date we make sure that they study and keep up on all brands of systems
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It kind of happened by chance. I needed to work and the job just fell into my lap at a young age. The guy that I was assigned to work with thought me everything that I know and is a great friend of mine. All though we no longer work together to talk often and I owe him a lot. I would not be where I am today without his knowledge and patience which got me where I am. I love this line of work and honestly could not see myself in any other career.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residental & Commercial heating and air conditioning needs. Such as no heat calls, Air Conditionaing systems iceing up or leaking water, fan continuing to blow, annual maintanence calls, A/C not running as cold as it should be.
