We love our cabinets! We are repeat customers 6 times over the last 13 years--for our homes as well as business. All North West Unique's cabinetry has been extremely high quality, made with the best hardware, beautiful, at a very reasonable price and installed on time with a smile!! You will not find this high quality at this low a price anywhere else. Most recently we reconfigured our laundry/mudroom and asked for custom "lockers" for our kids' shoes, backpacks, sports gear, clean clothes, etc. Now the laundry room is my favorite room in the house. He was so creative with the space and they turned out even better than we dreamed. The cabinets are gorgeous and so functional--our friends all ask who made them. (P.S. we are not related--we just really love their work!)

Norm is the most honest craftsman I have ever met and his work is extraordinary. I originally hired him many years ago to build custom office furniture and I still have the walnut desk he built for me and my sister has hers as well. The walnut desks have burl maple inlayed tops, mine with an inlayed brass trim and my sisters with an inlay of blue pearl granite. These are pieces of art in addition to being high quality usable desks. Norm built all the cabinets for a master BR addition and kitchen remodel we did on our home in Boring. I will be sending him some pictures to post of this home though we don't live there anymore. I wish I had taken pictures of the roll out shelves and the pop-up shelf we used for a large mixer. Norm also built a glass cabinet around a problem window seat we had in our dining room. It had turned into the dumping place for everything we carried in but didn't put away. It was a terrible eyesore. Norm put in lighting, glass shelves, and glass doors and took it from an eyesore to a showplace. Everyone commented on the way it displayed our glass. Most recently Norm built cabinets for our Scappoose home for the kitchen, bath, and some built-ins for the master BR. We absolutely love our cabinets and would NEVER consider buying from someone else. Norm customized everything for our needs and we quite simply love what he did. Once our pictures are posted you will notice that all our cabinet doors are smooth and that was our decision because I hate dusting. Norm can do very ornate cabinet doors as well so don't judge his artistic abilities based on our cabinet designs. We wanted something simple with roll out shelves and easy clean interiors and that is exactly what he gave us. You can't go wrong hiring Norm; he is the absolute best!

In remodeling, there are always unforseen variables. If a cabinet needs to be modified on installation, or if there is any problem at all, Norm bends over backwards to make it right. I have never been disappointed with a cabinet job done by Norm Dickinson Neldon Dickey, DICKEY REMODELING COMPANY

I have had custom cabinets by NW Uniques multiple times and I get so many compliments on my cabinets. Estimates were accurate and the quality of cabinetry handiwork exceeded my expectations. Very honest in pricing and work was done in a very efficient and timely manner. I would definitely refer this company to anybody looking for quality and affordable cabinetry.

Norm has done an outstanding job on our custom cabinets. As with any custom cabinet there are the little things that make them nice, and Norm has done this with craftsmanship that above the quantity about want you will find anywhere else. Also one thing that sets him apart is that he listens to my wife and what she wants something I am still working on.

Get more than one bid, and check the quality of craftsmanship and talk to previous customers. Make sure the bids are comparable: same wood, style, options, etc.
