Minister Neciah Morrison

Introduction: I am a wedding officiant in Newport, Oregon. I am currently an ordained minister but in training to become a chaplain. I perform simple ceremonies for all faiths, nationalities, and orientations. My belief system is Zen Buddhist. I am female, Caucasian, mid-thirties, and have a lovely speaking voice. I specialize in elopements and can provide 2 witnesses if needed. Marriage license must be purchased in Oregon (any county) for me to be able to perform a legal wedding ceremony. Renewing of vows, handfastings, and other non-legally binding ceremonies are gladly available.
