We are very thankful that we found Tim Napper and Cory of 3:16 contracting. We were self contracting and had initially hired 3:16 to do drywall. But, they came to the rescue when we had problems with our framing contractor. After a meeting with the city inspector, we hired 3:16 to fix and complete the framing. Tim and Cory helped turn our dream addition from a nightmare back to a dream. They did a great job and have restored our faith and trust that there are good people in contracting! Tim repaired/prep'd walls and ceiling of guest bedroom, painted/installed baseboards, and painted/rehung bi-fold closet doors. He was punctual, resourceful, and really customer service oriented. Tim did a very nice job and was a pleasure to have in my home. I will be using Tim for additional projects and referring him to friends. Thank you Tim! See you soon ~
