- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I complete continuing education credits at least every 2 years to keep up my national certification, and am always on the lookout for information that would be helpful to my clients. With a solid educational foundation its easy to filter out all the hype thats out there in regards to the latest fitness craze, and stick to information thats pertinent and helpful.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the people who come to me for training are people who are trying to lose weight or train to get better at a particular sport. I help them focus their goals and provide tools to reach them...not just physical training, but nutritional, flexibility, and motivational as well.
