I had the privilege of working closely with Ronda Lehman of Lucky Dog Design for many years when we were at newspaper together working on custom publications projects for external clients. She was always professional, fast, good at listening and delivering on clients' needs, and exceptionally creative. She has a wonderfully artistic eye and a knack for designing products that go above and beyond what clients were looking for, with results that really sing and get clients the attention they need from their current and potential customers. In addition to that, I had the opportunity to hire Ronda through Lucky Dog to create a logo for a social media project of my own. She produced several options for me from a few notes I gave her on what I was looking for, and once I chose one she also provided me with all the versions and sizes I needed for different elements on my social media platforms. She did it all quickly and for a good price, but more than that, from a few notes about color and the vibe I wanted, plus what the focus of my project was and a couple of general examples, she came up with a logo that I LOVED immediately. It captured exactly what I was looking for, but maybe couldn't articulate clearly, and conveys the style, feel and personality I was seeking for my project. She didn't just make a logo for me; she knocked it out of the park. And that's my overall experience with Ronda and her award-winning design work over the years: She doesn't just single it. She consistently hits home runs! I would absolutely hire her again as needed and recommend her to others.

Ronda has provided graphic design services to our remodeling business for many years. She is able to take our ideas and bring them to life in print ads, printed brochures and materials, business cards, and unusual projects we send her way. My favorite part is her quick turn-around. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 per hour for some jobs, and a flat rate for others, depends on the project. I have a lot of experience and give good estimates based on the project scope from the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will discuss with the client (in person, by phone or email) the goal, timeline, and scope of the project. Once we both have a firm understanding of our expectations, I will begin design. I keep in close contact with my clients, ask questions, and get feedback. Then it's onto the proofing process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Visual Communications degree. I continue my education with various classes to learn new skills and see up with trends.
