Introduction: I have been buying and restoring old/historic homes since 1987. I am a master craftsman and use historic materials whenever possible. I am currently finishing my eight project, which is one of the original orchard homes built in 1910 with 300-degree views of the Rogue and Wagner valleys, located in Talent on 2 acres. I do design, consultation and coaching/supervision of "do-it-yourself" owners. I am familiar with stonework (outdoors and indoors), fireplace restoration/modification, tile work (bathrooms and floors), finish carpentry, restoration painting/color selection, and the installation/repair of both doors and windows including stained glass.
