John and Brian were great to work with. I had two bathrooms needing work, one of which was a full remodel and the other was a repair and floor tiling. We added heated flooring under the tile just in time for cooler weather which I love. I knew what I wanted in the design and they worked with me to make it happen. I like to do a lot of things myself and was pleased to find in them partners that allowed me to do what I was comfortable with and then picking up and completing what I was not. John is very honest and personable in his dealings and I felt that he valued me as a customer. Brian is very detailed and is a perfectionist. He spent a lot of time making sure things were aligned and correct and never left til I was happy. I will actually miss not having them around every day though I am very glad to have my bathrooms done and usable again! I highly recommend A&C Innovative Contractors and I will definitely use them again for my next project!

Oh where to start. Everything was excellent from start to finish. First off, the workers who came to demo, they got the job done. Cleaned up after wards in the master bath when their part of the remodel was done. They worked quickly but efficiently to have the area ready for the plumber. ( think I if I remember was next). Anyways he removed and caped off what wasn’t needed. Then added in the new plumbing that was required for what was needed for the new shower. Then the electrician came. There was a GFI electrical for the jacuzzi we wanted gone. But I wanted to save it to add another electrical outlet where there wasn’t one. So he did that. We wanted a LED pot light over the new shower so that happened. He noticed ( this house was built/ we bought new in 1994) that this master bath electrical outlets next to the sinks weren’t not GFI. So I asked him to correct that issue. Much safer now around water. We also had him install a LED pot light over the tub/shower combo in our guest bathroom. Also upgraded the electrical outlet to GFI. I’m very much into safety. The dry wall was put up and then the shower was started. We got rid of a tub and wanted a large walk in shower with all the extras. The timing of the shower and floor was done by one person. The shower pan was done by another person. The plumber installed our new faucets and toilet. Plumber is to returned to finish our shower. But as far as A&C Innovative goes. We are very pleased with their work. They cleaned up the master bath room before they left for the day. Now my husband and I have the fun part of doing the remodel we’re are physically capable of. I’m definitely going to hire again for other future projects. A+++++ in my book.

I had been talking with John for some time on different jobs we were thinking about doing. He was incredibly patient with me as we kept going back and forth on what we wanted to do. Finally we decided to have our guest bathroom remodeled and even though John and his team were swamped with work, they fit us into their schedule to honor the fact that I had been in talks with him for so long. The crew worked around our schedule, were great people to talk to, and took great care of our house. They cleaned up after themselves, were incredibly flexible and did superior work. I am very happy I choose A&C to remodel our bathroom as they gave us a great price on all of the work done, we couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely be hiring them again in the future with any other projects we come across.

Just started projects on tiling bathroom floor and reinforcing deck railing and everything is going great so far. Bid was reasonable and the have shown up on time and ready to work. They are hard workers and very personable and respectful. I will post another review to let you know how it all turned out on completion. John was prompt with his bid and was able to start my kitchen floor project quickly. He was professional and very detail oriented. Along the way he gave his suggestions, which helped us make the best decisions we had to make when the need arose. He is definitely a problem solver and cared a great deal about an excellent outcome. My floor turned out awesome! I love it! He's worked on a bid for our backsplash that I was going to do, but the guys at A& C are so efficient they will save me so much time.We will call john again when we finish the remodel downstairs. The prices are fair and I would recommend them again and again.
