What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally start by meeting with the customer onsite to do a walkthrough and get a sense of the Project Scope. We then get appropriate measurements and information while onsite. From here we offer ideas, solutions to problems, and then work up a professional quote to tackle the customers project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have done Landscape installation and construction for over 18 years.
