- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My focus is to deliver the best project results possible. I will adjust my budget to be appropriate for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is the same as the design process. "listening carefully, thinking, talking, and then doing. And then doing it all over again" 1. They call 503,612,1717 and I listen. 2. Then I ask the appropriate questions to clearify the ideal project direction. 3. We balance the realities of Time, Quality, Cost to define the best outcomes for them and myself. 4. We set deliverables. Project direction with as many design cycles as needed. Repeat as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor of science degree for industrial design. I have been doing Product Design since 1978. Our focus is to deliver the best project process and results possible, no matter how reality may influences the project. We have worked with and for, Large corporations, R&D Labs, Co-founded Startups and inventing. While addressing a wide range of markets, High Tech.
