Jon has been AMAZING to work with so far-- he came out and (very patiently!) listened to me explain how I'd like my sprinkler system upgraded. After looking at my current system, he was able to help me out by optimizing the watering being done before setting up a plan to come back out and install a new sprinkler system (when it arrives). He's been nothing but professional and I'm very excited to have a smart sprinkler system in my house!

The last (and only other) time I provided information using this format you shared the very negative information with the provider and published my response. I am very reluctant to use your system to find and did so this time out of a sense of urgency.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My extensive experience with estimating projects, is primarily with large corporations. These companies have extensive overhead and labor costs. This knowledge is a major benefit to my clients, as my overhead is very low, while still having typically more experience than the employees at the large corporations. Therefore, cost savings get passed down to the client…and if requested, I will put together a comparison of my cost vs. corporate cost!

Meet, listen, review, ask questions, listen, offer ideas, listen what client needs, follow through with providing plan/estimate to complete requests.
