FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every property is different, we do not feel that a "one-size fits all" pricing structure is appropriate. Aside from full management of your property, we also offer one-off services to help the do-it-yourself landlord. The only way to determine a fair price is to meet for a free on-site consultation. Once we decide we are a good fit for each other and we can understand the Owner's wants and needs, will we provide pricing for the intended services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet a new customer at their investment property to determine their wants and needs, to get a broad view picture of the property first hand and to discuss potential areas of concern. This also gives both parties an opportunity to see if we are a good match. We provide this complimentary service because it is important that the investor is comfortable with their decision to hire a property manager. Once that has taken place, we will send over a proposal for review and approval prior to creating a customized Property Management Agreement. Once the Agreement is executed, we will develop recommendations for the property to make it rent-ready and for the best possible rental rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is a requirement for maintaining and renewing your license. We subscribe to various industry publications both nationally and locally to stay abreast of new legislation or best practices. We are also members of NARPM and Multifamily NW which offer many in-depth trainings and require us to follow their code of ethics.
