I keep things simple—what we quote covers the job, and any extras are discussed before we start. And yes, I can check if any discounts apply for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free on-site estimate to understand your project and take measurements. Then we send a clear written quote. Once approved, we schedule the job, complete the work professionally, clean up, and do a final walkthrough to make sure you’re happy
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am grateful to have the authority to train my colleagues and have successfully completed the required education to earn my CCB license.
