FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several options to suit your needs! We offer fair pricing and rates tailored to the customer and their project. Work can be performed on a time and material basis, or we can come out and take a look at your project ahead of time and provide you with an estimate! We give discounts to seniors and veterans. We accept cash, check, credit, debit, or ACH payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins when the customer requests an on-site estimate. We work together to coordinate a day/time to make that happen. The on-site estimate is a great time for us to go over the project together and work out the best way to make your project come to fruition, within your budget and timeframe. Once the estimate's scope of work and price are agreed upon, the customer will accept the estimate by signing it and a construction contract. Typically, a 50% down payment is required before the work will be scheduled. This payment is used to purchase needed materials to start the project. The rest of the estimate total is due once the project is complete.
