Tom was great! He was honest, personable and responsive. I showed him exactly what I needed to get done and he fixed it the very next day. I’ve been using an indoor dryer vent for the past year and it’s been horrible. I had lint everywhere and my basement became humid whenever I would run the dryer. I needed him to drill a hole into my wall to connect the dryer vent to the outside. He did just that and made it easy for me to clean the dryer vent on my own. I am so pleased with this and now I can run my dryer without any problems! His work was clean and I’m definitely looking forward to working with him again!

My gas furnace needed repair the blower motor wont turn on.so I went on nextdoor and did a search for HVAC technician and a thing from thumbtack came up I put my zip code in.3 HVAC repair companies came up. TK Owens was first and I noticed ad said Free service call so I chose to call them an made an appointment..Think it was like in a day he came out and got it to run told me a wire to the pressure switch had come off and he reconnected it and I Was good to go.So I Asked him how much do i owe he said 275 dollars I payed him cash but was thinking wow thats alot he said he didn't have any receipts but his boss would send me one. . .It ran a few hours than quit so I called him next morning he said he couldn't come out that day but the next day he came out. .Now he tells me i have a clogged flu pipe.and my heater is a high 90 percent efficacy heater so i needed to remove the metal pipe replace with plastic flu pipe. And we would have to remove the heater and turn it upside down to get all the dirt out.;He said he sent pictures to his boss..and .Hi his boss confirmed all this I.asked him how much with labor and everything he told me he had to go outside call his boss and he would be right back with prices...Few mins go by I'm wondering what's taking so long I turned on my outside camera and see him talking on the phone about a min later he just drove away never came back in no call or text The next day my wife tried texting him no answer back..I called the guy who installed it the unit asked him if was a 90 percent unit. he said no its 80 percent.a metal flu was fine..Told me he could stop by and look at it. He tried to start it but it wouldn't so he started to check things things out and found the inducer plastic fan came off causing vacuum switch not to close wouldn't fire. So know its been running fine for 2 weeks. I paid 275 to TK Owens and the technician ditched the job and kept the cash.
