Stay away from this company!!!
My husband and I bought our home back in April and recently noticed some of our piping looked suspicious and wanted to get our furnace/boiler routinely cleaned before the low temps started. The owner and his employee (an apprentice) came to clean our furnace and install a new pipe, charging us $500. It was clear that the apprentice did not know what he was doing, as he had to wait for step by step instructions from the owner and just stood around. Over the weekend, our whole garage and out of the siding of our home were filled with black smoke and soot everywhere. We had to turn the emergency switch off and have been without hot water and heat since. The owner sent our his apprentice to our home, as he clearly did not want to be bothered on the weekend, who took nearly 5 hours to just replace 2 filters and use heat-resistant calk, and the black smoke still persisted. The apprentice proceeds to say he doesnt know what to do and that the owner will call us immediately. As he is walking out the door, he tells my husband "I learned everything I know from watching YouTube videos".
The owner claims to be a family man, yet knowing we have a baby in the home and have been without hot water, doesnt respond or call back until the next day.
When we expressed our dissatisfaction with this company, the owner essentially wiped his hands clean and said it wasn't their fault and that they would come back to fix it for an additional $400+
We are now in the midst of going through housing insurance due to the damages.
Absolutely disappointed in this company and recommend to stay away!
