Fabulous experience. Professional and responsive. Great communication from start to finish. We had to reschedule the first appointment due to some techs being out sick, but quickly and easily made another appointment. The communication was great because they alerted me before he was to arrive, sent me a bio and photo of the technician which allowed me to get to know him a little bit better and was less impersonal as is the case with most other contractors. Patrick was very friendly professional and respectful. Without even my asking he put on shoe covers which I really appreciate. Also, unlike some other contractors, when he needed to leave to go to his van outside, he didn't just wear the shoe covers all the way to the van and then walk back in the house with dirty shoe covers. He took the shoe covers off then went to the van then put them back on just before entering the door. These small touches I really appreciate and denotes a company that cares about its customers and their property. We had a new AprilAire whole house humidifier installed to replace the old one. Patrick work quickly and efficiently and did a very neat job. He took out all the old materials and left the work area spotless. I would have no hesitation either recommending this company and Patrick for other such jobs and they will be my first call should I need HVAC work in the future. A+ highly recommended.

Had a wonderful experience with Edgar and the customer service was exemplary. I scheduled a same day appt. And Edgar took the time with pictures to explain my AC issue and the mechanics of how the AC works in cooling your home. Hes very informative and patient.
