I had some air conditioning thermostat power problems need to be fixed quickly. Tony offered 7:30pm appointment to fit my schedule. I hired Tony. Tony arrived my property on time. To solve the issues, he quickly ruled out some possibilities by doing some regular checking. Then he found the problem and fixed it smoothly. He also explained every steps to us and passed some knowledge regarding the maintenance. Tony is very honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. We will definitely hire him again in the future!
I had a bad circulator pump and 3 cracked radiators at one of my rental properties. This needed to be fixed before the tenants moved in. I was also out of town while this work got done. Benny did an amazing job of getting everything fixed, addressing leaks I didn't know of and keeping me updated throughout the process. I've been dealing with contractors for my rental properties for 6 years and this was one of my best experiences. I highly recommend this company.
Dan and his team did an great job on our deck. He handled all aspects of the job from permits to the finishing touches. We also worked together when questions came up that needed clarification. The care of the property, the committed start date, the quality of the work and the final outcome were all superior. A great experience with a contractor is an anomaly and Dan's team delivered. I would definitely use Dan again!
Firstly, I can't recommend Gary highly enough for any level of remodeling or renovation jobs you may be doing. We recently used Real Deal$ to remodel the kitchen, bathroom and a large portion of the living area in our home and have been delighted with the both the process and the results. Having worked in real estate/property development, I have worked with a number of other contractors and know when I'm working with someone who knows their business and takes genuine pride in the quality of the work they're doing- and that certainly describes Gary and the sub contractors he works with. Although I was pretty sure I wanted to use Real Deal$ based on a friend's recommendation, I wanted to get bids from other renovation contractors for our remodel just to be thorough. When compared with the other bids, I was very impressed with Gary's pricing and the level of detail outlined in his bid. Another big factor for me in choosing the right contractor was the lead time involved for the renovation. Most of the other contractors couldn't work within our time constraints- which was to have all of the remodeling completed in six weeks. We knew it would be tight but Gary absolutely pulled through for us. Both our kitchen and bathroom look amazing, and both are so much more functional than they were before. We were absolutely delighted (and surprised based on experience with other contractors) that the remodel stayed on schedule and within our budget. The remodel took the demolition of the kitchen, bathroom and part of the living space down to the studs and put it all back together again with new plumbing, electrical and heating. Gary helped source all of the new appliances and finishes through his vendors for the entire remodel which can be a handful if you haven't done it before. He provided us with numerous sources for our kitchen cabinetry also. All the work performed throughout the remodel is of the highest standard and we enjoyed working with Gary and all of his sub contractors. I also really appreciated how hard they all worked towards keeping the remodel on schedule and 'WITHIN OUR BUDGET'. Remodeling, or any kind of renovation, (whether big or small) can be very stressful- but having Gary as our contractor really helped alleviate the majority of our concerns and I will definitely be calling him for any future renovation needs we may have. Used dropcloths throughout work area, did exceptionally good work, and cleaned all areas upon departure. Worked quietly and completed work in a timely manner. Had good ideas for completing renovations for maximum impact. Would highly recommend Firm Renovations, and we plan on using them again for our future projects.
They fixed a fence that was falling down on my property. They did a great job! It wasnt easy. I need some wood replaced they got it for me, and finished the job. Very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them

Randy, the technician, is a nice person to talk to. He has good skills that allow him to explain specific details about my plumbing problems (clog in the toilet with slow drain in the sink and bath) and give me great advice. Above all this I was impress by his honesty. Willow hill renovators & property management is a good and trusty compagnie. I'm completely satisfied.
Took one very large walnut tree down, trimmed numerous other trees on our property. Great pricing but more so the efficiency of the whole process dealing with Kevin Reber excellent. Recommend them totally.
I live out of state and had to get paving job done at my rental property. I found boro builder on thumbtack anf they did excellent job. During the process and completion of job they sent me picture which allowed me to monitor the progress. The nice thing about Boro Builder is they try to fit the job to your budget with quality work. Definitely recommend :)
Hired Mark for some help with brush pickup that was too big for me but too small to hire a tree service. Mark was punctual, flexible and had a great attitude. He cleaned up my yard in just a couple hours at a reasonable price. Definitely will hire him again for landscaping help.

Brandon was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing and fixed everything that we had to be fixed—electrical, dryer repair, screen doors (that had been installed backwards) and some mold issues. We will definitely use Brandon again!!!

This is my second consecutive year working with George and both years I have been blown away by his conscientiousness, generosity, and his ability to go above and beyond for my roommates and myself. Finding a 3 bedroom, 2+ bathroom in Manayunk for a reasonable price and with equal bedroom sizes was a difficult task. When other realtors had given up on us, George accepted the challenge and brought several great options to the table. George was also always honest and dependable.
