Introduction: Since 2000, we have provided door-to-door notary services for residences, businesses, hospitals, nursing and personal care homes, and correctional institutions in Altoona, Central Pennsylvania. Our services include, but are not limited to: execution of wills, powers of attorney, guardianship, child custody, divorce, and all manner of documents requiring an official witness, witness loan signings (re-fi, HELOC, reverse, commercial, auto re-fi), medical record affidavits or retrieval from area hospitals and physician's offices, law firm support, administration of oaths for depositions and telephonic court hearings; VIN and odometer verification. We are commissioned by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bonded and insured, and background screened by Acxiom, Lexis-Nexis and the Pennsylvania State Police. We are GLBA compliant. In accordance with Title 57 of the Pennsylvania Statutes as amended by Act 151 of 2002, we positively identify all customers. Current, government-issued ID is required, without exception.
