- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Hanley Mobile Notary, the process is simple and designed to be fast, convenient, and stress-free. First, the customer contacts us by phone, text, or online to request service. We confirm what type of document needs notarization, the number of signatures, and the location. Then we schedule an appointment at a time and place that works best for the client. Before arriving, we confirm ID requirements and ensure the signer understands what to bring. Once on-site, we verify identification, witness the signing, complete the notarization accurately, and provide a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. For urgent needs, same-day and after-hours appointments are often available.
