- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course learning everyday something new! Prior to opening Firinji, I held various positions from cooking to the managerial levels at the world renowned restaurant & hotels in the nation - Rittenhouse Hotel, Philadelphia - The Westin St. Francis Hotel, San Francisco - The Westin Copley Place Hotel, Boston - The Renaissance Hotel, Bedford MA. Academically, I attended Saint Joseph's University, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration / Finance, and Cornell University, Master Certificate in the Essentials of Hospitality Management, School of Hotel Administration and a Certificate of Strategic management/Executive Leadership from The Johnson Graduate School of Management.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Business events, graduations, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, rehearsals, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, reunions.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We did a great backyard wedding for 120 guests with many details at a limited budget.
