From my first interaction with the people at Basement Professor, they were nothing short of professional. Chris came out and gave me an estimate and was able to point out other issues I was having that would have otherwise gone unnoticed and caused deeper issues down the line. The team from Basement Professor arrived at the agreed upon time and was very punctual. The workers got to work and knew exactly what needed to be done. They installed a French drain, two sump pumps, did some mold remediation for me and also did some small landscaping for me (laying mulch). I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, and have not noticed any issues since the work was performed. Any questions I had, the owner was very quick to get back to me and went above and beyond to find suitable resolutions. The people at Basement Professor are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They also tried to stick with the original estimate and notified me of any changes that had to be made. If anything, based upon my experience with contractors in the past, it was a breeze to work with Basement Professor and would recommend them in the future to my friends and family. I cannot speak highly of them enough. Thanks for the work!

Chris and the guys did a great job with the leakage in our basement. Not only did they fix the problem at hand, they also advised me on the best way to proceed going further to ensure no more leakage. I would highly recommend The Basement Professor without a doubt!

The Basement Professor did work on our home, including basement clean out, waterproofing, and mold remediation. Christopher was very helpful and took the time to explain clearly what needed to be done. His crew was timely, polite and left the worksite clean everyday. It was a big job but took under a week to complete. I would highly recommend the Basement Professor crew!!

The company left my basement a mess. I have pictues of sloppy work and damage to my basement walls.
Not sure if they are a scam.
Never never have I had such a bad expeiriece. I reported them to the BBB.
Stay away for Basment professors.
