There isn't a way to put into words how incredible Carolyn was to work with. She went above and beyond when it came to our VERY needy group of 16. She recommended so many great resorts and made sure to stay within an aggressive budget. Up until the day of travel we had to make last minute changes and she handled it quickly and never made it seem an issue. We would definitely use Carolyn in the future and we HIGHLY recommend her and her incredible service!! Thank you, Carolyn for making our family vacation so effortless!!

Caroline was a godsend! We were trying to book a cruise on our own but it was very confusing with all the cruise lines and options. We spoke with Caroline and within a few days she had us all booked! We can’t wait for our trip!
We highly recommend Caroline for all your travel needs!

Carolyn is absolutely amazing to work with! She has been extremely responsive, always available and an absolute joy to work! She helped my husband and I plan our dream honeymoon and I have nothing but amazing things to say about working with her! She worked internally with the resort, vendors, airlines and reported back to me on confirmation and all information that was discussed. We are so thankful to have her and will definitely be using her for future trips we plan!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Working with a travel advisor is free for the client. Suppliers (Cruise lines, resorts, transportation companies pay commission, but for the consumer the price you pay is the same if not less with a travel agent, because we are able to find you exclusive deals, onboard credit and specials. Having the expertise of a travel advisor is an incredible value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set up a free consultation call with an interested client. I will learn everything I can about their dream vacation, as well as desired amenities and important details. I will then create a proposal. Upon approval we will book your travel, make plans complete reservations and handle every detail. You will receive all necessary documentation. We will follow up and remain with you through every step of planning, through your travel dates and your safe return.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Travel Advisor
I have completed trainings with
- Royal Caribbean International
