- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Working with a travel advisor is free for the client. Suppliers (Cruise lines, resorts, transportation companies pay commission, but for the consumer the price you pay is the same if not less with a travel agent, because we are able to find you exclusive deals, onboard credit and specials. Having the expertise of a travel advisor is an incredible value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set up a free consultation call with an interested client. I will learn everything I can about their dream vacation, as well as desired amenities and important details. I will then create a proposal. Upon approval we will book your travel, make plans complete reservations and handle every detail. You will receive all necessary documentation. We will follow up and remain with you through every step of planning, through your travel dates and your safe return.

I am a Certified Travel Advisor I have completed trainings with - Royal Caribbean International - Norwegian Cruise Line - Carnival Cruise Line - Disney - Specialized Resort Trainings
