Joe was a great teacher. He came to the house and made sure the whole class (3ppl) had understood the 'process of an emergency' upon completion. He joked around a bit to help keep the class fun and enjoyable. We feel knowledgeable in approaching a situation, understanding when to use CPR and how to properly give CPR. Joe went over different scenarios and situations outside of the videos to help us better understand when it would be safe or not safe to enter a situation. Overall, this was a great experience, in the comfort of my own home.

Look for some one who has pride in the services they provide. To many people just give out certifactions, that only hurts you the student because when you need your training you won't have it.
