As a former college lacrosse athlete and coach I couldn't ask for a better training facility to be part of. Hayley has implemented an extraordinary program that accommodates all levels of experience in the gym. The specific attention to detail, and knowledge of nutrition and training is rare to find. There are personal trainers.and then there is Hayley. Whether its her group classes or one on one personal training, she provides top notch service. She is a level above what you can expect from a trainer. She takes her time to get to know you and your needs and she recommends workouts to address your personal goals. I cant say enough about how great Hayley is.Hayley worked with me through her classes and one on one training and she had me reaching goals I never thought were possible. I can actually see definition in my physique now.not bad for a 55 year old! If I could give 10 stars I would! She is that good.
