FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment is taken in the amount for the whole month to avoid last minute cancellations that are non-emergency. $20 off per month per additional student of the same household.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first few lessons are usually geared towards finding out what direction the student would like to go, and learning what goals we can set along the way. If they are a transfer student, we'll need to take some time to get on the same page as far as how much they know, practice habits, goals, etc. before we get settled into a pattern. It's important to understand that not everybody fits through a cookie cutter and comes out the same. Everyone will have strengths and weaknesses, and some take more time to progress than others. Sticking with the initial grind can often be the most challenging, yet most rewarding task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
