Steven went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, made sure we knew everything that was happening, and even went as far as explain everything the mini splits can do to my father in law. The units he chose work immensely well and fit our needs perfectly and even though our older colonial home had super thick walls he was able to get the system installed perfectly. He was super trustworthy, and we definitely won't be going anywhere else for any of our heating needs.

I am pleased with the services provided by Steven from Sanabria HVAC LLC for the installation of two complete ultra-high efficacy Mini-split Heat Pump systems in my rental unit in Bethlehem, PA. The installation involved two outdoor units and five indoor units that provide both cooling and heating functions. Despite encountering challenges with incorrect components (linesets) from the mini-split system I supplied, Steven proactively contacted his local supplier to acquire the correct parts, ensuring the successful completion of the project. Steven ensured that the units were installed in compliance with requirements and codes required by the City inspector. He also helped apply for the HVAC permit and managed the necessary steps to meet all regulatory standards. When faced with an issue regarding the level ground for the outdoor unit, Steven made sure to address the concern raised by the City Inspector and made the required corrections, ensuring that the installation passed the city permit requirements. I am grateful for Steven's commitment to the project, which not only resulted in a successfully installed Mini-split Heat Pump system but also in substantial benefits for my tenant. Thanks to Steven's expertise, my tenant is now enjoying energy savings on her electric bill, contributing to a more sustainable and environmentally-friendly living space. What a great experience. He replaced my whole central air system with all new equipment. He was very professional. Did excellent work, he did it in one day. Very affordable. I cannot say enough good things. Everything is working great He is fully insured and licensed. Got a great warranty. Get an estimate and give him a chance. You will not regret it.
